Timbercreek Investment Management Inc. ("Timbercreek"), on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds and client accounts managed by it, has today purchased 1,125 preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA ("Pioneer"). As a result, Timbercreek exercises control or direction over 325,493 preference shares of Pioneer. This represents an approximate 5% interest as at November 20, 2018 (accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the preference shares).
