Klevenstern AS, owned 100% by Kristian Adolfsen, has on 16th June

2017 sold 100.000 preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA at

an average price of NOK 100. After the transaction, Klevenstern AS

owns 240.832 preference shares, equivalent to 3.71% of the total

preference shares, in addition to ownership of 1,417,852 ordinary

shares in PPG. After the transaction, Klevenstern AS therefore owns

10.17% of the total shares (ordinary and preference shares combined)

in the company, equivalent to 13.78% of the voting capital

(accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the preference shares).

Mecca Invest AS, owned 100% by Roger Adolfsen, has on 16th June 2017

sold 100.000 preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA at an

average price of NOK 100. After the transaction, Mecca Invest AS

owns 240.832 preference shares, equivalent to 3.71% of the total

preference shares, in addition to ownership of 1,417,852 ordinary

shares in PPG. After the transaction, Mecca Invest AS therefore owns

10.17% of the total shares (ordinary and preference shares combined)

in the company, equivalent to 13.78% of the voting capital

(accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the preference shares).

HI Capital Invest AS, a company controlled by Kristian and Roger

Adolfsen, has on 16th June 2017 sold 80.000 preference shares in

Pioneer Property Group ASA at an average price of NOK 100. After the

transaction, HI Capital AS owns 101,466 preference shares,

equivalent to 1.56% of the total preference shares, in addition to

ownership of 230,068 ordinary shares in PPG. After the transaction,

HI Capital AS therefore owns 2.03% of the total shares (ordinary and

preference shares combined) in the company, equivalent to 2.30% of

the voting capital (accounting for the 1/10th voting right of the

preference shares).
