Eidissen Consult AS, owned 100% by Eidissen Consult

Holding AS has on 16 June 2017 acquired 100 000

preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA (PPG)

at an average price of NOK 100.0 per share. After the

transaction, Eidissen Consult AS owns 729,010

preference shares, equivalent to 11.22% of the total

preference shares, in addition to ownership of

1,773,386 ordinary shares in PPG. After the

transaction, Eidissen Consult AS therefore owns 15.34%

of the total shares (ordinary and preference shares

combined) in the company, equivalent to 17.64% of the

voting capital (accounting for the 1/10th voting right

of the preference shares).
