Successful completion of the acquisition of Ås Næring AS and Askjem Eiendom AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 03 March 2021 regarding the following agreements entered into by Pioneer Retail Properties AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Property Group ASA (the "Transactions"):

(1) A share purchase agreement with Champ Holding AS, Trimo Holding AS, Frena Holding AS, Bito Production AS and Copia AS (the "Sellers") regarding the purchase of 100% of the shares in Ås Næring AS

(2) A share purchase agreement with the Sellers and Berika Invest AS regarding the purchase of 100% of the shares in Askjem Eiendom AS

The Transactions have now been successfully completed.
