SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF PPG NETHERLANDS HOLDING B.V.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 18 December 2020 regarding the agreement entered into between Pioneer Property Group International AS ("PPGI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Property Group ASA, and Kinland Finland Oy, regarding the sale of all the shares in PPG Netherlands Holding B.V (the "Transaction"). The Transaction has now been successfully completed.
