PPG: CFO steps down

With reference to the Company’s press release of 21 November 2018 and the announced process of insourcing own management, CFO Martin P. Hoff will be leaving PPG by the end of February after having worked for the Pioneer group of companies the past eight years.

The search for a new CFO has been initiated. Until a new CFO is in place CEO Anders Løken will function as the main point of contact for IR-related inquiries.
