Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please find attached the notice for the Annual General

Meeting (AGM) in Pioneer Property Group ASA to be held 18th

March 2016 at 10:00 at Rådhusgata 23, Oslo. The notice for

the Annual General Meeting has been sent to all shareholders

registered in the Norwegian Central Security Depository

(VPS).

The Annual General Meeting is, among others, to approve the

audited 2015 financial accounts for the Company and approve

the planned payment of dividends to the preference (ticker

PPG PREF) shareholders. The planned quarterly dividends to

preference shareholders is a payment of NOK 1.87500 per

preference share, to be paid at the end of each financial

quarter, in line with the Company's articles of association.

See the attached notice for the full agenda of the AGM. The

audited financial annual report for 2015 will be made

available minimum a week in advance of the Annual General

Meeting at the Company's web-site pioneerproperty.no.
