Minutes of Annual General Meeting

Today the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Pioneer Property

Group ASA was held in the Company's offices in Oslo, Norway.

All proposed resolutions were approved, including the

approval of the annual financial group accounts for 2015 and

the upcoming quarterly dividend of NOK 1.87500 per

preference share with payment scheduled towards the end of

the month (ex-date 30th March 2016). See the attached
