Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Please find attached the notice for an Extraordinary

General Meeting in Pioneer Property Group ASA to be held

at 28 Sept at 09:00 at Rådhusgata 23, Oslo. The notice

for the Extraordinary General Meeting has been sent to

all shareholders registered in the Norwegian Central

Security Depository (VPS).

The main purpose of the Extraordinary General Meeting is

to approve the audited Q2/2015 financial accounts for the

Pioneer Property Group ASA holding company and approve

the payment of dividends to the preference shareholders

(PPG PREF holders) for the end of September and for the

end of December. The first dividend payment of NOK 2.74

per preference share will be paid to the preference

shareholders who are registered in the Central Security

Depository (VPS) as of 30 Sep. This means that the

preference shares are traded on Oslo Axess on the last

day including the right to this dividend on 28 September

and the first day excluding the right to this dividend on

29 September. The second dividend of NOK 1.86 per

preference share will be paid to the preference

shareholders who are registered in the Central Security

Depository (VPS) as of 31 Dec. This means that the

preference shares are traded on Oslo Axess on the last

day including the right to this dividend on 29 September

and the first day excluding the right to this dividend on

30 December. No dividend to ordinary shareholders is

proposed. The Board also asks for an authorization to

acquire own preference shares. See the attached notice
