Correction to the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (to be held 28 Sep 2015)

Due to the 31st of December not being a settlement day in

Oslo Børs VPS (the Central Securities Depository), the

proposed dates for Pioneer Property Group ASA's December

preference share dividend are adjusted one day ahead of

the originally proposed dividend dates. The December

dividend to preference shareholders will therefore be

paid to the owners of preference shares as set out in the

company's shareholders register in the Central Securities

Depository (VPS) at the end of 30 December 2015. This

means that the preference shares are traded on Oslo Axess

on the last day including the right to this dividend on

28 December and the first day excluding the right to this

dividend on 29 December. The Company will update its

financial calendar accordingly. The upcoming dividends

are for tax-purposes considered as repayment of paid-in

capital.
