F1: On September 22, 2020, A Capital Partners, L.P., for itself and on behalf of A Capital Parallel Fund A, L.P. and A Capital Parallel Fund B, L.P., distributed, for no consideration, a total of 29,670 shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock in a pro rata distribution in kind to Andreessen Horowitz Fund III, L.P. for itself and as nominee for Andreessen Horowitz Fund III-A, L.P., Andreessen Horowitz Fund III-B, L.P. and Andreessen Horowitz Fund III-Q, L.P. (collectively, the "AH Fund III Entities").
