Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pine Labs Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. (IST) inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 and other matters.

The Company shall publish the financial results in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company will host an Investors/Analysts Conference Call on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 5:45 P.M.
