Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29.04.2021 tarihli toplantısında alınarak aynı tarihli özel durum açıklamasıyla kamuya duyurulan kararına istinaden, Şirketimizin 220.000.000.-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde kalmak üzere, 44.762.708,45.-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayenin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle %111,70 oranında 50.000.000.-TL artırılarak 94.762.708,45.-TL'ye yükseltilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurul'una yapmış olduğumuz başvurunun onaylandığı Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 30.09.2021 tarih ve 2021/48 sayılı bülteni ile duyurulmuştur.
