Expiry of Escrow Period - January 22, 2012

Earth Heat Resources Limited (‘Earth Heat’ or ‘the Company’) wishes to advise that the voluntary escrow period for shares associated with major shareholders and the board will expire on January 22, 2012.

The issued capital of the Company remains unchanged at:

• quoted fully paid ORD 596,218,676

• unquoted common stock 3,313,967

• • unquoted options 24,658,228

Following January 22, 2012 there will be no Earth Heat securities subject to any escrow.
