CLOSE OF OFFER UNDER PROSPECTUS

Pilot Energy Limited ACN 115 229 984 (ASX:PGY) advises that the offer outlined in the Prospectus filed with the ASX on 9 August 2021 closes today.

Appendix 2As have been released today by Pilot in relation to share issues referred to in the prospectus.
