SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Rampart Energy Ltd (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, in accordance with listing rule 17.2, pending an announcement in regards to a material capital raising.

RE: RTD – Request for Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the Company requests voluntary suspension of its securities to commence at market open today pending finalisation of arrangements for the capital raising referred to on 15 July 2014.

The Company requests that trading be suspended until after the expected announcement is made or until market open on Friday 18 July 2014, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily suspended.
