RE: RTD – Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the Company requests an extension of the existing voluntary suspension of its securities to commence at market open today pending finalization of the funding arrangements for the major transaction announced on Monday May 27, 2013.

The Company requests that trading be suspended until after the funding announcement is made or until market open on Tuesday, 4 June 2013, whichever is the earlier, due to the public holiday on Monday in WA.

The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not continue to be temporarily suspended.
