SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Earth Heat Resources Ltd (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending an announcement with regard to a capital raising.

RE: Earth Heat Resources Ltd – EHR Request for Voluntary Suspension

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 the Company requests voluntary suspension of its securities for a period of 48 hours, pending finalisation of the material share placement the subject of the trading halt due to expire at 10:00am this morning. The reasons are:

• The Company is finalising negotiations for a substantial placement to raise from $3m to $5m (the equivalent of up to approximately 27.2% of the current issued capital) which it expects to be able to announce prior to 10:00am on Wednesday, 7 March 2012:

• The Company requests that trading be suspended immediately until after the expected announcement is made or until 10:00am on Wednesday, 7 March 2012, whichever is the earlier;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be temporarily suspended.
