Listing on the Toronto Ventures Exchange

Earth Heat Resources Limited (‘Earth Heat’ or ‘the Company’), an ASX listed New Energy Company (ASX:EHR) is pleased to announce that, as previously foreshadowed, arrangements are now well in hand for the Company to be listed on the Toronto Ventures Exchange (TSXV) in addition to its current listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Earth Heat Managing Director Mr. Torey Marshall said, “This is an extremely important step for Earth Heat insofar as accessing the substantial depth of support in the investor and project financing markets that the TSXV offers and increasing overall shareholder value for the future."

"Our recent roadshow in North America was very well received and there was been considerable positive support for the high quality projects in the EHR portfolio. I strongly believe that it will be significantly advantageous for the Company to be listed on a North American exchange as soon as possible in order to increase shareholder value."

The Company has commenced the production of the documents and approvals required to facilitate a TSXV listing. Whilst there is no formal timetable scheduled for completion of the dual listing, it is expected to be within the next three months.
