CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Directors of Pilot Energy (ASX code: PGY) wish to advise the appointment of Ms Sally Mc Dow as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Ms McDow replaces Ms Lisa Dadswell from Boardroom Pty Limited (the Company’s Corporate Secretarial provider) due to Boardroom internal change of roles. Ms McDow has an extensive background in corporate secretarial and corporate governance in a number of industries. Going forward, Ms McDow will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
