PGY: RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
The Directors of Pilot Energy Limited ( ASX code: PGY ) (the “Company”) wish to advise joint Company Secretary Ms Sally McDow has resigned effective 10 December 2021. Going forward the remaining joint Company Secretary, Cate Friedlander, will manage all Company Secretary responsibilities.
The Board thanks Ms McDow for her support during 2021.
