2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
The Company advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 28 February 2022 . Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with ASX in coming weeks.
In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules, valid nominations for the position of Director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company at the below address, 35 Business Days before the meeting, being 5:00 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 January 2022 .
