COMPANY UPDATE – CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND ASX CODE

Kairos Minerals (ASX: KAI or “the Company”) (previously Mining Projects Group, ASX: MPJ/MPJDA) wishes to advise that the Company’s formal change of name and ASX code will take place on Friday, 29[th] April 2016.

The Company’s ASX code will change from “MPJDA” to “ KAI”

The Company also attaches an Appendix 3B and Cleansing Notice for the shares issued to the vendor of the Wodgina East project pertaining to the Initial Consideration under the Term Sheet.

Cleansing Statement

On 22 April 2016, Mining Projects Group Ltd (to be renamed Kairos Minerals Ltd) issued 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to persons who come within one of the exemptions set out in Section 708 of the Corporations Act.

The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The Shares and Options were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

  • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.
