PIHLAJALINNA OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE June 4, 2015 17.10 (EET) Flagging notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act Pihlajalinna Oyj has received a disclosure notices under chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act regarding LähiTapiola group (LähiTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, LähiTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company and Investment Fund LähiTapiola Suomi) holdings of Pihlajalinna Oyj stock that have increased to 10.49% of total Pihlajalinna stock and voting rights. LähiTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company as well as LähiTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company provided subscription undertakings according to which they undertake, subject to certain conditions, to subscribe for Offer Shares in the aggregate of a value of at least EUR 6.3 million in the Pihlajalinna Oyj Initial Public Offering. Pihlajalinna Oyj has total of 19113146 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote. LähiTapiola Group has thus total of 2004150 votes.
