KTM Industries AG: New Management Board members

Wels (pta027/20.12.2017/17:35) - The members of the management board of the operating KTM AG Hubert Trunkenpolz and Harald Plöckinger will be appointed as additional members of the Management Board of the stock exchange listed company KTM Industries AG, with effect as of January 1, 2018.

Their current functions in the management board of KTM AG remain unchanged. At KTM AG, Hubert Trunkenpolz is responsible for sales, trade marketing and customer service and Harald Plöckinger for production, procurement, logistics and business development.

Alfred Hörtenhuber terminates his mandate as member of the Management Board of KTM Industries AG prematurely and will join the Management Board of Pierer Industrie AG as of January 1, 2018.
