BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG: Resignation of three members of the supervisory board

Vöcklabruck (pta016/18.11.2014/13:30) - Three supervisory board members of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG have resigned from their position as a member of the Supervisory Board with effect as of the end of the upcoming ordinary shareholders meeting. The resignation of the supervisory board members is related to the intended merger of CROSS Industries AG with BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG.

Today, the following members of the supervisory board have notified the company in writing that they resign as a member of the supervisory board of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG with effect as of the end of the upcoming ordinary shareholders meeting: Stefan Pierer (Chairman), Friedrich Roithner, Dr. Christoph Senft.

The company will shortly convene the 17th ordinary shareholders meeting, in which the elections to the supervisory board will take place.
