In its meeting held on October 24, 2011, the Supervisory Board of BRAIN
FORCE HOLDING AG has approved the mutual termination of the management
contract with Mr. Thomas Melzer as at December 31, 2011. Thomas Melzer has
served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy-CEO of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING
AG since April 1, 2008, and has played a significant role in the successful
restructuring and strategic reorientation of the BRAIN FORCE Group over the
last few years. The resulting adjustments to the holding structure will be
completed by December 31, 2011. Thus the management contract with Thomas
Melzer - valid until September 30, 2012 - can be prematurely terminated.
The Supervisory Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Thomas
Melzer for the valuable work he has performed in recent years, and wishes
him all the best for his future endeavors.
