HOLDING AG'

BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: BFC, Reuters: BFCG), a
leading IT service provider with business operations in Austria, Germany,
Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the USA,
announces that Mr. Hannes Griesser has been appointed new Chief Financial
Officer by the Supervisory Board as of January 1, 2012. Thus, Hannes
Griesser succeeds CFO Thomas Melzer, who is leaving the company as at
December 31, 2011. Chief Executive Officer Michael Hofer and Hannes
Griesser, whose employment contract was concluded for a period of three
years, will chair the two-person Management Board heading BRAIN FORCE
HOLDING AG.

Hannes Griesser, born in Carinthia in 1967, is a business economist who has
been in charge of Group accounting at BRAIN FORCE since September 2000. In
July 2008 Hannes Griesser was named the authorized signatory of BRAIN FORCE
HOLDING AG. He was Managing Director of BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE GmbH, Vienna,
from December 2007 to December 2009, where he was in charge of financial
matters. Before joining BRAIN FORCE Hannes Griesser worked for several
medium-sized tax consulting and auditing companies.
