Additional information about changes in the company

In order to disperse any doubts and concerns that market participants may have regarding changes in AB Pieno žvaigždės (the “Company”), the Company hereby provides related additional information. Taking into account that the management of the Company has a critical opinion on the Company’s performance in financial year 2017 and, following good corporate practices, it entered matters regarding removal of the Board of the Company and election of the new Board of the Company onto the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company to be held on 26 April 2018.

Such actions are aimed at creating a possibility for shareholders of the Company to state their position on the activities of the Board of the Company and to form a new Board of the Company, which would seek better performance of the Company and would take a decision on election of the General Manager of the Company.

Please be informed that the Company does not have any information about any litigation or other comparable disputes ongoing between shareholders and managers of the Company.
