This is to inform that the Company has granted 330 stock options under ESOP-2016 to the eligible employee of the Company on 18[th] May, 2022 as per the following vesting schedule:

1. 165 stock options will vest on 18[th] May, 2024.

2. 165 stock options will vest on 18[th] May, 2025.

Exercise period will be upto 3 years from the date of vesting of options and exercise price will be Re. 1/- per share for all the above mentioned 330 stock options.
