Sub: Intimation regarding grant of stock options

This is to inform that the Company has granted 50,000 stock options under ESOP-2016 to an eligible employee of the Company on 9[th] October, 2021 as per the following vesting schedule :

1. 25,000 stock options will vest on 13[th] October, 2022.

2. 25,000 stock options will vest on 13[th] October, 2023.

Exercise period will be upto 3 years from the date of vesting of options and exercise price will be Re. 1/- per share for all the above mentioned 50,000 stock options.
