Subject:- Allotment of equity shares pursuant to Employee Stock Option Plan-2016 (ESOP-2016)

In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the ESOP Allotment Committee-2016 of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10[th] June, 2020 has, in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2016 Scheme, allotted 3,300 equity shares of face value of Re.1/each in the share capital of the Company for cash at par to the eligible employee of the Company and subsidiary company who exercised their stock option under ESOP-2016. These shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. After allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased from 50,81,23,780 to 50,81,27,080.
