NOTICE
(Attention: For Equity Shareholders of the Company)
Subject: Transfer of Equity Shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority
Shareholders are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016, as amended ("the Rules") from time to time, disident which remains unclaimed for 7 years or more shall be considered as an act to be a transfer of equity. In which the dividend has not been claimed for 7 consecutive years or more shall also be transferred to the IEPF Authority.
Adhering to the various requirements set out in the Rules, the Company has, during the financial year 2025-26, already transferred to the IEPF Authority the shares in respect of which dividend had remained unclaimed for seven years or more. The Company shall, in addition to the IEPF's Financials, The Company has now communicated individually to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority during the financial year 2025-27 for taking appropriate action.
The disident shall, under a stated unclaimed dividend, be regularly updated on the website of the IEPF Authority at www.iepf.gov.in as well as on the Company's website. The shareholders are requested to refer to the web link https://apocotes.easturday.com/en/ www.apocotes.easturday.com and to the website of the IEPF Authority.
Shareholders may note that both the unclaimed dividend and shares transferred to IEPF Authority including all benefits accruing on such shares. If any, can be claimed back from IEPF Authority, the share application on form IEPF -5 on the website www.iepf.gov.in, after following the procedure prescribed under the Rules.
The concerned shareholders, holding shares in physical form and whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority, may note that the Company would be issuing new share certificates) in lieu of the original share certificates) held by them for the purpose of transfer of shares to IEPF Authority on par the Rules, and upon such issue and subsequently crediting the shares in the demat account of IEPF, the original share certificates) which stands regulated in their name will automatically stand cancelled and be deemed non-negotiable. The shareholders may further note that the details uptraded by the Company on its website should be regarded as and shall be deemed to be adequate in respect of the disident's interest. The Company for the purpose of transfer of shares to IEPF Authority pursuant to the Rules.
In case the Company does not receive any communication from the concerned shareholders by VSR July 2026, the Company shall, under unclaimed dividend, provide the requirements set out in the Rules, transfer the shares to IEPF Authority to the trustee within to the due date as an procedure stipulated in the Rules, the claim shall be against the company in respect of the unpaid unclaimed dividend and the disident shall be deemed to be the sole agent of the IEPF and the same including all benefits accruing on such shares.

However, as par the Rules, such the unclaimed dividend amount and the shares including all benefits accruing on such shares, if any, shall be deemed to be the sole agent of the Company, by the trustee within application in the prescribed return of IEPF-5 available on the website www.iepf.gov.in and sending the physical copy of the same duly signed (as par the specimen signature recorded with the Company) to the Company at its Registered Bank, during which the requisite documents enumerated in a Form IEPF-3.
