Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Further to our intimation dated 19[th] May, 2022, our wholly owned subsidiary namely M/s. Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PVPL) (formerly known as Madhumala Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) has made further investment of Rs. 10 crores in Buildnext Construction Solutions Private Limited (“Buildnext”), through primary purchase of shares, consequent to which, PVPL’s stake in Buildnext shall increase to approx. 24.15%, on a fully diluted basis. The nature of subscription will be cash. The investment is being made at a mutually agreed pre-money enterprise valuation, which has not been disclosed herein due to reasons of confidentiality.

The purchase of the said shares in Buildnext is not a related party transaction. The promoter/promoter group of PVPL have no interest in the Investee Company.
