Further to our intimation dated 27[th] July, 2021, we wish to inform you that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary namely M/s. Madhumala Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (‘MVPL’) has today (6[th] August, 2021) completed the acquisition of additional stake in M/s. Aapkapainter Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to take its holding to 47%, on a fully diluted basis.

MVPL is not a material subsidiary of the Company.
