Sub: Intimation regarding grant of stock options

This is to inform that the Company has granted 2,71,400 stock options under ESOP-2016 to the eligible employees of the Company on 30thOctober, 2018 as per the following vesting schedule :

• 1. 1,34,700 stock options will vest on 30/10/2019.
• 1. 1,34,700 stock options will vest on 30/10/2020.
• 1. 2,000 stock options will vest on 30/10/2021.

Exercise period will be upto 3 years from the date of vesting of options and exercise price will be Re. 1/- per share for all the above mentioned 2,71,400 stock options.
