M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No.117366W/W100018) have ceased to be the Statutory Auditors of the Company due to expiry of their term of 5 (five) consecutive years on conclusion of the Fifty Fourth Annual General Meeting held on 10[th] August, 2023

The members of the Company at the Fifty Fourth Annual General Meeting held on 10[th] August, 2023 have approved the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Registration No.101248W/W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the Fifty Fourth Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the Fifty Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
