Picton announces that on 13 March 2024, Mark Batten, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 38,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 65.3p.   

Following this acquisition, Mark Batten is the beneficial owner of 38,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.0069% of the Company's issued share capital.
