Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, Picton Property Income Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares were acquired on the 23rd May 2014.

Nicholas Thompson acquired 34,402 ordinary shares at 59 pence per share representing 0.0078% of the Company's issued share capital. 17,201 shares are registered under Mrs Elizabeth Thompson and 17,201 are registered in the name of Mr Nicholas Thompson.

Mr Thompson is the beneficial holder of a total of 103,202 ordinary shares representing 0.0235% of the Company's issues share capital.

Roger Lewis acquired 51,605 ordinary shares at 59 pence per share representing 0.0117% of the Company's issued share capital. 38,704 shares are registered under Hulton Pensions Limited and 12,901 are registered in the name or Mr R St J H Lewis.

Mr Lewis is the beneficial holder of a total of 451,605 ordinary shares representing 0.1028% of the Company's issued share capital.

Trevor Ash acquired 65,599 ordinary shares at 59 pence per share representing 0.0149% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Ash is the beneficial holder of a total of 290,599 ordinary shares representing 0.0662% of the Company's issued share capital.
