Piche Resources Limited (ASX: PR2) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Piche Resources Limited (‘PR2’) will be halted at the request of PR2, pending the release of an announcement by PR2.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 November 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

PICHE RESOURCES LIMITED – TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Directors of Piche Resources Limited (‘the Company’, ASX Code: PR2) hereby request a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 November 2025 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
