Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and (e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 , inter alia, to consider and approve the following items apart from other business as contained in agenda for the meeting:

• a. The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024, along with auditor’s report thereon.

• b. Recommending final dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.

Further to our letter dated March 27, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from April 01, 2024 till May 23, 2024 (both days inclusive), for the Designated Persons and Insiders of the Company as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. The Designated Persons and Insiders of the Company have been informed of the same.
