The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that it received information from its shareholder Solar Future Cooperatief U.A., (hereinafter referred to as ‘Solar Future’) who is owned jointly by Michael Gartner, the Director of Photon Energy and his wife Magda Gartnerova, that it executed the following sales transactions on the Munich Stock Exchange:

-On 6 October 2020 Solar Future sold 49,500 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of EUR 2.62 per share.

-On 7 October 2020 Solar Future sold 30,150 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of EUR 2.62 per share.

-On 8 October 2020 Solar Future sold 16,300 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of EUR 2.62 per share

The total amount of shares sold amounts to 95,950. The notified transaction value amounts to 251,389 EUR.

Prior to the conclusion of the above mentioned transactions, Solar Future held 21,871,066 shares in the Company, which accounted for 36.45 % of the Company’s share capital and carried 42.70% of votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders.

As of 9 October 2020, Solar Future holds 21,775,116 shares, which account for 36.29% of the Company’s share capital and 42.51% of voting rights at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders.
