Oslo, Norway, 3 September 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange

announcement by Photocure ASA ("Photocure") published 31 August 2020 regarding a

share capital increase following the exercise of employee share options.

The issuance of 17,366 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of

Photocure is NOK 13,313,693 divided into 26,627,386 shares, each with a par

value of NOK 0.50. Each share represents one vote in the Company's general

meeting.
