Photocure ASA: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the announcement on 6 September 2016 in respect of a

capital increase of 35 000 new shares following exercise of employee share

options in the company.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Photocure's

registered share capital is NOK 10,772,714.50 divided on 21,545,429 shares each

having a par value of NOK 0.50. Each share representing one vote at the

company's general meeting.
