general meeting of Photocure to be held in Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS' premises in

Tjuvholmen allé 1, 0252 Oslo on 28 July 2021 at 17:00 hours (CEST).

The notice convening the extraordinary general meeting, including the agenda and
