Photocure ASA - Extraordinary general meeting held
Oslo, Norway, 28 July 2021: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), held an extraordinary
general meeting on 28 July 2021 at 17:00 hours (CEST).
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the
extraordinary general meeting dated 7 July 2021, including the election of
Robert Blatt as new member of the nomination committee. The minutes from the
general meeting are attached hereto.
