Oslo, 28 Mai 2019: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), calls for an extraordinary general
meeting of PHO to be held at Hoffsveien 4, 1st floor, 0275 Oslo, Norway on 19
June 2019 at 16:00 hours (CET).
The notice convening the extraordinary general meeting, including the agenda and
the nomination committee's proposal to the matter to be dealt with, is enclosed
with this notification and will be sent to all shareholders with known
addresses.
