Oslo, 6 April 2016: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), calls for the annual general

meeting of PHO to be held at Hoffsveien 4, 1(st) floor, 0275 Oslo, Norway on 28

April 2016 at 17:00 hours (CET).

The notice convening the general meeting, including the agenda and the board's

proposals to the matters to be dealt with, is enclosed with this notification
