Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

Phoslock Environmental Technologies Limited (ASX: PET) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Shawn van Boheemen as Company Secretary effective from 24 January 2024.

The appointment follows the resignation of Mr Matthew Parker as Company Secretary, effective 24 January 2024.The Board would like to thank Matthew for his services during his time as Company Secretary.

The Company further advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, that Mr van Boheemen is now the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters effective immediately

This announcement has been approved by the Chairman.
