Resignation of Officers

Phoslock Environmental Technologies Limited (ASX: PET) wishes to advise that the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Lachlan McKinnon and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Matthew Parker have resigned from their respective positions with the Company.

The former Directors of the Company had made these two positions redundant from 1 November 2023, with both executives being paid salaries of twelve months’ notice in advance to provide ongoing services to the Company. Unfortunately, these officers have resigned from their positions early in this notice period and are no longer providing any further services to the Company. The new incoming Board requested the two executives serve out their notice period as they had already been paid in advance by the previous Board, but both executives decided to resign.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Chong (Cherry) Wang as the new Chief Financial Officer. Cherry is a Certified Practising Accountant with wide experience in corporate accounting, audit and listed public companies.

This announcement has been approved by the Chairman.
